Skip came on board with Commercial Sound in the fall of 2007 to be reunited with many of his old friends and colleges he has known for 20+ years. Skip is a real veteran of the systems industry, and has been in technical sales and design for many years. With his broad knowledge of all facets of educational, medical, commercial, and industrial sound and video systems, he will be a tremendous asset to the Commercial Sound and Video team.

Like other members of the Commercial Sound team, Skip was a musician and a "sound guy" in a former life. After attending the University of Nebraska, majoring in Broadcast Production and Electrical Engineering, Skip moved to this area to work in the broadcast industry as an audio production engineer. However, it was soon after, that he became involved in the area's construction industry, specifically focused in specialty systems sales and design. The skills he gained as an audio systems designer and operator have given him a wide range of skills and knowledge of the industry.

On a lighter note, we often poke fun at the fact that Skip may be one of the few people left in the industry that has a clue to how some of the older systems were put together and how they still work. This proved to be tremendous asset to Boeing and Weyerhaeuser, just to name a few of his "old" customers, when it came time to upgrade some of their facilities.

Skip is always happy to go the extra mile to help out his customers, contractors, and clients. Skip says he is truly honored to be a part the experienced team at Commercial Sound & Video and to be working again with some of his old friends. He brings a wide range of experience and design skills to the CS&V team and we are thrilled to have him here.
