DESIGN. Design begins with understanding your needs and the complete scope of your project. Our engineers create detailed drawings in AutoCAD, solving potential problems on paper, not at the job site. We design our systems with room for expansion, because we know that your needs wlll change over time, and your communications system should be able to evolve as well.
EQUIPMENT. From famous name brands to custom-built components, we have relationships with hundreds of top quality suppliers, allowing us to specify exactly the right equipment at the right price for each project. We fabricate, pre-wire and test everything needed for your system in our shop before delivering it to the job-site for installation.
INSTALLATION. Our installers are among the most experienced in the industry and they are an integral part of our delivery system from design to service. They understand that they are the public face of our company and that their goal is nothing short of total customer satisfaction.
TRAINING. A sophisticated and high-performance audio and video system doesn’t do you any good if no one on your staff knows how to operate it. Our team will train your staff, provide reference materials and diagrams and make sure that you understand how to achieve the best performance from your new system.
SERVICE: Should problems arise, we have dedicated service technicians ready to respond. If equipment needs to go out for repair, we’ll arrange for rental or loaner components to keep your system operational. We guarantee reasonable, quick response times on all service requests.
